It is Salesforce Native, and no middleware involved throughout.

Can I track my transactions?

Yes, you can see all of your transactions right on your account record page. (Note: This is possible only if you use the page layout that comes with the app)

Can I download the invoices?

Yes, you can download the invoices directly from Salesforce itself.

Is my Account and Credit Card information secured?

Indeed, confidential Information like Credit Card details, Bank Account details are all encrypted in Salesforce to ensure security.

How much time does it take to install this application and complete the configuration?

Application is designed to be set-up and configured quickly. It does not take more than 7 to 10 minutes (including package installation time) to install and complete the configuration of the app.

What happens if I delete a synced Account?

All the related payment methods and related subscriptions are deleted from Salesforce and also the corresponding customer record gets deleted from Stripe.

Can you create/cancel Subscriptions?

Subscriptions can be created from Salesforce and also those Subscriptions which are created in Salesforce can be canceled.

Can we keep track of Subscription Invoices?

Yes, as per the Subscription schedule cycle, invoices get updated in Salesforce, and can be tracked from Account record page.

Do invoices remain even after deletion of a certain Subscription?

Yes, on deletion of a Subscription, only related Subscription items are deleted, but not invoices of previous purchases of the customer.
